委托人及合伙人
在过去的 5 年里，我们与 Newham PCT 密切合作，最近又与 Newham CCG 密切合作，他们是我们的主要委托人，致力于扩大社区提供的服务范围。我们接收来自 Newham 区内所有全科医生的转诊。
纽汉CCG的架构如下：各诊所按集群划分，由选举产生的集群负责人领导。每个集群还选举产生一名纽汉CCG董事会成员，在董事会层面代表集群的意见。
各医疗集群与各诊所以及纽汉CCG董事会和执行委员会合作，确保讨论并满足当地需求。各医疗集群还充当当地医疗经济所有关键利益相关者的沟通渠道，包括服务提供商、志愿组织和第三部门组织、地方政府和公共卫生部门。每个医疗集群均由纽汉CCG的专职管理人员提供支持。

Partners
We have recently collaborated with two of the biggest trusts in the country, Barts Health and East London Foundation Trust.
We are working together with them to create an efficient care pathway for patients that are being referred to out musculoskeletal and physiotherapy services.
Barts Health
Barts Health NHS Trust was formed in April 2012 following the merger of Barts and The London NHS Trust, Newham University Hospital NHS Trust and Whipps Cross University Hospital NHS Trust.

East London Foundation Trust
East London NHS Foundation Trust (formerly known as East London and The City University Mental Health NHS Trust) was founded in April 2000. The new ELFT brought together health services from three community trusts in Newham, Tower Hamlets, The City and Hackney; gathering resources and much of London’s major health expertise to become one of the UK’s largest specialist NHS providers.
