"As our name suggests we put Patients First"

 

I am delighted to be able to report that PFSE has continued to provide excellent care to our patients, and a high quality service to our GP clients this year with the support of our local Clinicians.

 

This is entirely due to the hard work, enthusiasm, and dedication of our staff and the clinical direction provided by our Board of Directors. 

I believe that we have created a strong, supportive and positive relationship with our local Commissioning Support unit that demonstrates confidence in our service model.

 

I believe that our GPs colleagues are happy with the service we provide and value and appreciate the innovative work that our Clinical Leads have taken forward to develop local patient pathways. It is our aim to continue to develop over the next 12 months to ensure that the service for Commissioners continues to be viable and demonstrates value for money. 

 

Through our work as a Social Enterprise we have created a number of partnerships around our main two aims  of Education & Training and Developing Community.

 

We are confident that the aims of our organisation remain relevant to the direction in which the NHS is moving and will support us in the future.  

 

Working in partnership with key stakeholders and our local GPs will continue to put patient's at the forefront of all that we do.
