২০০৭ সাল থেকে PFSE স্থানীয় সম্প্রদায়ের একটি সক্রিয় অংশ। নিউহ্যামের জনগণকে উচ্চমানের মাধ্যমিক সেবা প্রদানের পাশাপাশি, PFSE আমাদের এলাকার মধ্যে উদ্ভাবনের ক্ষেত্রে একটি নেতা হিসেবে গড়ে উঠেছে। আমরা আমাদের স্থানীয় জিপি এবং সম্প্রদায়গুলিকে সক্রিয়ভাবে সমর্থন করার উপর দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করি এবং বিভিন্ন উপায়ে এটি করার চেষ্টা করেছি।
PFSE হল স্ট্রাটফোর্ডে অবস্থিত একটি GP-এর নেতৃত্বে পরিচালিত সংস্থা যা পূর্ব লন্ডনের জনসংখ্যার সেবা করে। আমরা নিউহ্যাম, টাওয়ার হ্যামলেটস এবং ওয়ালথাম ফরেস্ট জুড়ে স্থানীয় GP সার্জারি কেন্দ্রগুলিতে রোগীদের বিভিন্ন ধরণের ক্লিনিকাল পরিষেবা প্রদান করি। আমাদের GP সহকর্মীদের সাথে ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে কাজ করে আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি প্রদান করা হয় যাতে আপনি যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব সর্বোত্তম যত্ন পান। এটি আমাদের বাড়ির কাছাকাছি রোগীদের জন্য NHS যত্ন প্রদানের সুযোগ করে দেয়।
কোভিড-১৯ প্রতিক্রিয়া
কোভিড-১৯ এর প্রাদুর্ভাব সারা দেশের স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানকারীদের জন্য খুবই চ্যালেঞ্জিং ছিল। রোগী, চিকিৎসক এবং সহায়তা কর্মীরা উভয়ই এর প্রভাব অনুভব করেছেন।
পেশেন্টফার্স্ট সোশ্যাল এন্টারপ্রাইজ (PFSE) এ আমরা আমাদের রোগীদের এবং কর্মীদের সুরক্ষার জন্য দ্রুত এবং সিদ্ধান্তমূলক পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছি। এর অর্থ হল আমাদের পরিষেবা পরিচালনার পদ্ধতিতে কিছু পরিবর্তন আনা হয়েছে। যেখানে এটি করা নিরাপদ, আমরা ভার্চুয়াল ক্লিনিকগুলিতে স্থানান্তরিত হয়েছি, যেখানে পরামর্শের জন্য নিরাপদ ভিডিও লিঙ্ক এবং/অথবা টেলিফোন কল ব্যবহার করা হয়। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে রোগীদের একজন চিকিৎসকের দ্বারা ব্যক্তিগতভাবে দেখা করতে হয়।
আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহারকারী এবং কর্মীদের স্বাস্থ্য, সুরক্ষা এবং সুস্থতা রক্ষার জন্য আমরা অত্যন্ত কঠোর সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থা বাস্তবায়ন করেছি, যাতে এখন আমরা সীমিত সংখ্যক রোগীদের জন্য মুখোমুখি অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের ব্যবস্থা করতে পারি যাদের তাদের প্রয়োজন।
