Our Admin Team
We are very proud of our admin team. They work hard to ensure patients are able to book appointments easily and are referred to the correct services.
They deal with any queries patients may have, and always wear a friendly face at reception when you arrive for your appointment.
Clinical Liason Officer - MSK Admin Lead
Nasir has worked with PatientFirst since 2012. He began as a Clinical Adminstrator, dealing with choose & book appointments, everyday queries and booking; however his position has now grown to larger role in PatientFirst.
He now overlooks our MSK services and ensures that they are running efficiently.
Nasir is heavily involved with charity work. He recently ran the BUPA 10k run for the Human Relief Foundation (2015), he has also run the London Marathon (2011).
Muntaiha started working with PatientFirst in October 2014. She is one of the three apprantices we have working with us.
She is very accomplished with our EMIS booking system and is involved with training our new rectuits.
She will finish her apprenticeship in December 2015 and will have a qualification in Business & Administration Level 2 and will progress onto the Level 3.
Faiza is the newest member of our team. She has been working for PatientFirst since the beginning of August 2015.
Faiza is also an Apprentice Administrator working towards her Level 2 qualification in Business Administration. Once she has completed thos she is planning to continue onto the Level 3 next year.
Faiza says she is, "looking forward to working her way through different roles within NHS PatientFirst" and she is, "enjoying my experience so far".
Lead Administrator - Dermatology
Mohammed started working with PatientFirst in January 2014.
He begain working with us as a Clinical Administrator, however since February 2015 his role has expanded to involve analysing our patient data and ensuring all services are accounted for.
He also gives IT support to other practices in Newham including, Newham Medical Centre, ESK Road Medical Centre, Greengate Medical Centre, as well as others.
Mohammed also leads on our Cardiology and Minor Surgery services; he also supports all our other services when necessary.
In his spare time he enjoys eating good cuisine.
